The glutathione peroxidase-like activity of ebselen inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) and lipoxygenases at micromolar concentrations. Also acts as a histone-lysine demethylase (HKDM) inhibitor. Inhibits JARID1B protein with an IC₅₀ of 5.17 µM. |
