Product Overview:	Recombinant PRMT3 (accession number NP_005779.1) was expressed in Sf9 cells and contains an N-terminal FLAG-Tag with an observed molecular weight of 61.5 kDa. The recombinant protein is >95% pure by SDS-PAGE.
Background:	PRMT3 (protein arginine N-methyltransferase 3) is a member of the protein arginine N-methyltransferase (PRMT) family that is capable of monomethylating and asymmetrically dimethylating arginine residues of histone H4 (H4R3). PRMT3 has been shown to interact with RPS2.
Applications:	Suitable for use in enzyme kinetics, inhibitor screening, and selectivity profiling.
Storage:	Store at 4℃ if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store at -20℃ or -80℃ for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
