Recombinant NSD2/MMSET requires nucleosomal substrates for activity. |
| Applications: | NSD2 / MMSET Catalytic Domain, Recombinant Human NSD2 / MMSET Catalytic Domain, Recombinant Human is useful for histone H3 methylation experiments, enzyme kinetics and inhibitor screening. Use of 0.5 - 2 µg NSD2 per reaction with HeLa or recombinant nucleosomes as a substrate is recommended. |
